Merry Meet, in 2004, i became a Pagan, and that lead me to Witch Craft, it was only after telling my Aunt that i was a Witch, did i find out, my Great Grandmother,(my dad's side) was a Witch from Italy, then i found out that my Great GrandFather (mom's side), was a Card reader, in Germany, my Aunt told me, that she and my other Aunt, were waiting to see which one of us, (grand kids) would"walk between worlds", thats what my Great Grandmother called, being a witch, it turned out to be me, My Aunt said she always felt it would be me, because, i have the "occult" on both sides of me, and i could feel, my GrandFather at my cousin's grave side, my GrandFather had died, 11mts ,2 wks and 3 days , before my cousin Ronnie, i was 8, and i told my Aunt Betty that i almost see him, i guess i had to grow into it, i dont know, looking back over mylife, i can pick up on little things that i did, or felt, and now i know them to be part of being a Pagan and a Witch,..... so i dont think it was me "wanting" to be Pagan, as much as it was me, being Pagan and not knowing it, Bless Be Morg
Oh my, let's see I was 10 when I first met witches and decided I had an interest. My dad's girlfriend was a witch and my mom and stepdad use to set up their jewelry stand right next to Laurie Cabot's back in the day at the Pickering Wharf in Salem, MA. I use to play with Penny Cabot on the days we were both there, but that was forever ago now ;)
So that's how my journey began...and now 30+ years later here I am!
Well lets see... I was 15 and it was the summer of 1992. My best friend Duane and I being the local mall rats ended up hanging round the book store and eventualy we stumbled across "Big Blue". We each bought a copy and went through it together lesson by lesson. In time we decided this was for us and as it happens also in time people tend to discover your different. We managed it ok and if anything it made us more determined to seek out further knowledge. It was quite interesting going to a Christian high school but being a witch. Sort of like the movie the craft only we were guys not girls lol. Well it has been over 16 years now and we are both walking pagan paths. He now lives in Florida where he preserves the beaches. I myself left NY and moved to California buuuut that is another story entirely.
It was in the early 1970's. I was 16-17. Im now 54. Ive been on this path ever since. Its been a long and strange journey, but I dont regret a second of it. And I agree with Morganna. It was more always being Pagan, just didnt know it.
that's neat, how is your spirituality?

You appear to be a well of long walked wisdom. Dont mind me if from time to time I tap into the well. * Bows to the elder.

The most significant dividing line between Satanism and Paganism is that many Pagans don't believe in Satan. More significant than mere "disbelief," many Pagans have never bothered to look below th...
