Well, I'm new here and wanted to introduce myself to everyone. I'm 42 and live in Tampa. My wife of eleven years has been Wiccan most of her life. We're separated now, and this in part was the catalyst for my story here. basically I have been an atheist my entire life. (Naturalistic Humanist) I have a scientific mind, and have always demanded logical reasoning and proof from others and to justify my own views. The last couple of years i have been learning about String theory, Entanglement, and M-theory...quantum physics stuff. The more I learned about these things and how they relate to the universe the more I could perceive a connectedness with all things and a deeper relationship between all things. This got me thinking. Now mind you my wife is not a science fan and had never related to me these concepts in relation to Wicca, Paganism or neo Paganism. (bear with my really limited terminology) I told her about the idea i had that connected everything, and she said "That's what my religion is all about." I believe I had some sort of epiphany then. Here I was at a point where I could address my former lack of spirituality with a logical basis for belief, rooted in something i could quantify. So I began reading from my wife's extensive library. (well a few good primers) And...here I am. ready to learn, explore and meet new people. Thanks for listening.

Life is interesting isn't it? If you look hard enough and listen then you will find that all IS connected and circles, spirals, learning, studying can amaze you with the ways that the Gods show us the way to grow.
