Psychic Vampires

I'm sure we all know at least one. That person that drains all your energy. A needy person constantly wanting self validation. This person typically has a myrid of physical ailments and speaks of them often. Especially when being challenged by others. I like to call it the "Poor me" syndrome. Letting Go

I have just recently run across an issue with a dear friend of mine in which I think we both learned or I hope we both learned a lesson about letting go.

I think there comes a time in all our lives where we face this same thing. I had a hard time with it with my sons. Still having a hard time to be honest.
